Wendi Garrison Was Found Guilty Of Second Degree Murder And Was Sentenced To 16 Years In Prison But The Conviction Was Overturned By The Court Of Criminal Appeals After An Error Was Found. A New Trial Was Ordered With Garrison Set To Be Back In Court On August 6th. The Reason For The Continuance Was Her Retrial Was Set At The Same Time As Howard Hawk Willis Is Due To Stand Trial In Knoxville For A Double Murder That Occurred In 2002.
