A Scott County Virginia Woman Has Filed A 3-Million Dollar Wrongful Termination Lawsuit Against Ballad Health. Sabrina Gray Filed The Suit In U.S. District Court In Greeneville In February. In The Suit, Gray Claims She Was Wrongfully Terminated In Violation Of The Tennessee Whistleblower Act From Holston Valley Medical Center In April 2019. Prior To Her Firing, The Suit Alleges She Spoke Out About Alleged Copa Violations And Had Several Outbursts. Ballad Health Has Given No Comment On The Lawsuit. A Hearing Date Has Not Been Announced.
