Boswell Is Charged With Two Counts Of Felony Murder, Aggravated Child Abuse, Aggravated Child Neglect And Several Other Charges. Evelyn’S Body Was Found On Family Property Last Year Following A Search For The Missing Child. Boswell Could Have Faced The Death Penalty, But Staubus Chose Life Without Parole If She’S Convicted.
