Bristol Virginia City Leaders Are Once Again Discussing The Idea Of Building A New Elementary School. The Plan Is To Build The Facility On The Van Pelt Elementary School Property. Superintendent Keith Perrigan Said The Project Would Require Some Urgency Because Schools Are Either At Or Near Capacity In Primary Grades. The Proposed School Would Serve Over 600 Students. The Proposal Will Undergo More Discussion Before Any Decision Will Be Made.
