If You Are Planning To Burn Outdoors, You Will Need To Get A Burn Permit Through May 15th In Most Counties In The Volunteer State. Debris Burn Permits For Leaf And Brush Piles Of Any Size Are Available Online At No Charge. Burning Without A Permit Can Result In A Fine And Or Up To 30 Days In Jail.
