Residents Of The Haven Of Mercy Homeless Shelter In Johnson City Will Get A Chance To Provide Testimony To The City’s Board Of Dwelling Standards And Review During An Upcoming Public Hearing. The Input Is Being Sought As The Board Weighs A New Order To Vacate The Building Until The Owners Address Multiple Code Violations. An Order To Vacate Was Given February 25Th, But That Was Rescinded. The Hearing Is Set For March 11Th.
