Johnson City Police Are Investigating The Death Of A City Man Who Jumped From A Moving Vehicle. According To Police, The 34-Year-Old Unnamed Victim Jumped From A Vehicle Traveling Along East Oakland Avenue. He Was Taken To Johnson City Med Center Where He Later Died. Witnesses Describe Him As Being A Passenger And It Appeared To Be A Voluntary Exit. Anyone With Any Information Should Contact Johnson City Police.
