The Bristol Tennessee Police Department Is Investigating An Early Morning Shooting At An Apartment Complex In The City. It Happened Around 3:30 At Ash Street Apartments. A Man Was Found With A Gunshot Wound To The Upper Arm Inside The Apartment. The Alleged Shooter 53 Year Old Jeffery M. Caudill, Was Also Located Inside The Apartment. Captain Terry Johnson Tells Us….
