Washington County Tennessee Leaders, School Boards, And Jonesborough Town Leaders Have Come To An Agreement Regarding The Old Jonesborough Middle And Elementary Schools. The Decision Includes Selling The Middle School, The Front Lawn Of The Old Elementary School And The Midway Center On West Walnut Street. The Football Field Behind The Middle School Will Be Used As A Park By The Town Of Jonesborough. The Old Elementary School Building Will Remain Owned By The School System And Could Be Used For An Administrative Building, Training Center Or Educational Center In The Future.
