A Former Elizabethton School Teacher Accused Of Dragging A Fifth-Grader Across A Gym Floor, Has Had Her Case Continued. 41 Year Old Nicole Horne Is Charged With Assault And Child Abuse And Neglect In The November Incident At East Side Elementary. Both The District Attorney’s Office And Horne’s Attorney Told The Judge, They’re Attempting To Reach A Resolution In Her Case. A Status Hearing Is Set For April 3rd.
