A Limestone Tennessee Man Accused In The Death Of His Father Has Had His Case Bound Over To A Washington County Grand Jury. 28 Year Old Gabriel Barnett Is Charged With First Degree Murder, Aggravated Domestic Assault And Aggravated Burglary In Connection With The Valentines Day Death Of 61 Year Old Jeffrey Barnett. He Waived His Preliminary Hearing And Had The Case Bound Over. The Aggravated Assault Was In Connection With An Alleged Attack On His Stepfather, Richard Court. Barnett Is Being Held Without Bond And Will Appear In Criminal Court At A Later Date.
