A Kingsport Man Accused Of Leaving Two People With Life Threatening Injuries Will Be Arraigned Today In General Sessions Court. 39 Year Old William Clark Is Charged With Two Counts Of Attempted First Degree Murder Among Other Charges. Kingsport Police Said A Man And Woman Were Found Yesterday In A Home In The 300 Block Of Sequoyah Drive. One Victim Is In Stable Condition, While The Other Is Critical. Clark Is Being Held Without Bond. No Further Information Is Being Released.
