Greeneville Assistant Police Chief Stephen Hixson Has Been Found Not Guilty Involving A Domestic Assault. The 52 Year Old Hixson Was Charged In December 2022, After His Adult Stepdaughter Made The Allegation Following A Confrontation Between The Two That Resulted In Her Suffering A Fractured Nose. Hixson Was On Medical Leave From The Department When The Incident Allegedly Occurred. Hixson Will Resume Regular Duties At The Police Department Immediately.
