The Former President And Director Of A Federal Halfway House In Lebanon Virginia Who Admitted To Wire Fraud And Making False Statements, Has Been Sentenced In U.S. District Court. 35 Year Old Matthew Castle Was In Charge Of Secor Incorporated, Who Had A Contract With The Bureau Of Prisons That Allowed Some Offenders To Be Assigned To Home Confinement. A Judge Ordered Castle To Serve 15 Months In Federal Prison, One Year Of Probation And Will Serve A Term Of Probation Of One To Five Years. Both Castle And Secor Were Ordered To Pay Over $208,000 In Restitution, Forfeited $40,000 And Paid And Additional $30,000 In Fines.
