The Four Running For Kingsport Mayor Are Vice Mayor Colette George, Aldermen Paul Montgomery, Sara Buchanan And Tim Sanders. Five Candidates Filed To Run For Aldermen, With Three Seats Available. They Are Current Aldermen Darrell Duncun And James Phillips. Newcomers Are Morris Baker, Julie Byers And Bill Sumner. The Election Will Be Held August 1st.
