The Order Was Filed On Thursday In Sullivan County General Sessions Court Halting All Evictions Until April 19th. Attorneys Representing The Residents Said Tenants Are Entitled To A Written Notice Of At Least 30 Days Under Tennessee Law. A Hearing For The Request Is Scheduled For April 10th.
