This Makes Two Years In A Row The Facility Has Received A Perfect Score. Just Three Years Earlier, The Lockup Faced De-Certification Due To Staffing Shortages. Sheriff Mike Fraley, Said The Staff Has Worked Incredibly Hard To Bring And Keep The Facility Up To Standards And Maintain High Levels Of Professionalism In Its Operation.
