Attorneys Have Agreed Residents Of The Soon To Be Demolished Westside Inn In Kingsport Cannot Be Evicted Until After April 19th. Attorneys For Both Residents And The Motel Owners Met In Court To Negotiate The Halting Of Evictions After An April 4th Temporary Restraining Order Was Issued. This Comes After Residents Of Westside Inn Argued They Are Tenants And Entitled To 30 Days Notice Before Being Evicted.
