Four Law Enforcement Agencies In Washington County Tennessee Have Been Advised By First Judicial District Attorney General Steve Finney To Exercise Due Diligence While Making Domestic Violence Arrests. A Letter Was Sent To The Sheriff’s Office, Johnson City And Jonesborough Police Departments, As Well As ETSU Public Safety. General Finney Said It Was Sent In Light Of Ongoing Problems With Domestic Violence And Repeat Offenders In The Community And Court Systems.
