A Security Guard At A Johnson City Department Of Children’s Services Transitional Home Is Facing Charges After Allegedly Helping Two Children In State Custody, Run Away. 28 Year Old Chelsea Price Is Charged With Two Counts Each Of Harboring A Runaway And Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor. Price Was Stopped In A Car On April 3rd By Sevier County Authorities, With The Juveniles With Her. The Youths Have Been Returned To State Custody And Price Remains Free On Bond. She Will Appear In Court At A Later Date.
