Other Items In The Drafted Spending Plan Include A 3-Percent Pay Increase For City Employees, A 812-Thousand Increase In Payouts To The Regional Jail Authority, Over 8 Million Dollars To Pay Down City Debt, A 2-Percent Increase In The Lodging And Meals Tax Rate, And 38-Thousand Dollars To Lower Monthly Trash Collection Fees For Residents. The City Took No Action To Approve The Overall Spending Plan.
