A Bill, Co-Sponsored By Tennessee Senator Jon Lundberg From Bristol, Will Enhance The Penalty For Making School Threats. Anyone Accused Of Threatening To Commit An Act Of Mass Violence On School Property Or At A School-Related Event, Will Now Be Charged With A Class E Felony, Rather Than A Misdemeanor. It Carries A Sentence Of Up To Six Years In Prison. It Will Now Head To The Governor’s Desk For His Autograph.
