A Man Accused Of Pointing A Gun At A Person In Washington County Tennessee Is Free On A $25,000 Bond. 69 Year Old Stan Mosley Is Charged With One Count Of Aggravated Assault And One Count Of Aggravated Assault On A First Responder. Deputies Were Dispatched To The 400 Block Of Fairridge Road On A Report Of A Man Dressed In Camo Standing Near A Mailbox And Pointing A Rifle At A Man. Mosley Also Allegedly Pointed A Shotgun At A Law Enforcement Officer From Another Agency Who Arrived First On The Scene. Officers Gave Verbal Commands And Mosley Complied. He Was Taken Into Custody Without Incident. He Has A Court Date Set Soon In General Sessions Court.
