It Will Be Up To Voters In The August General Election To Approve Moving Municipal Elections From November To August As Well As Moving Board Of Education Primaries From August To March. Another Change Calls For Reducing The Number Of Required Readings For Ordinances From Three To Two. Voters Will Decide On The Changes In August.
