New Court Documents Filed In U.S. Federal Court In Greeneville Mentions The Possibility Of A Federal Corruption Investigation Of The Johnson City Police Department. The Documents Are In Relation To Several Women Who Claim They’re Victims Of Sean Williams, Who Is Accused Of Several Rapes. The Women Allege Officers Failed To Investigate Their Claims At The Time. They Also Allege The Former Head Of The Investigation Division Sent Private Investigators To Harass Them. Former U.S. Attorney Kat Dahl Is Also Suing The Police Department In Relations To Williams. City Manager Cathy Ball Has Declined To Comment On The Lawsuit.
