A Company Has Been Fined Over $8,000 By The Tennessee Occupational Safety And Health Administration Following The Workplace Death Of A Gray Tennessee Man At The Gatlinburg Convention Center Last December. According To TOSHA, 66 Year Old Jeffrey Coker And Another Employee Were Using A Lift So They Could Install Rigging In The Rafters When The Accident Occurred. Coker Lost His Balance And Fell 32 Feet To The Ground. A Citation Was Issued Against Appalachian Staffing Service For Failing To Provide Training For Each Employee.
