William Monk, Whose Served 21 Years As An Assistant Prosecutor In The First Judicial District Attorney General’s Office, Will Fill A Vacancy Created By The Upcoming Retirement Of Judge Robert Lincoln. Lincoln’s Last Day Behind The Bench Is June 30th. Monk Will Be Sworn Into Office On July 1st.
