According To The Bristol Virginia Treasurer’s Office, Bloom Restaurant Owes The City Nearly $200,000 In Delinquent Taxes. This Caused The City To File A Bank Lien Against The Business. Master Governmental Treasurer Angel Britt Said Two Payment Plans Were Offered To The Owner Of Bloom, But Neither Plan Was Accepted. The Restaurant Is Expected To Close Its Doors Permanently On May 5th.
