A Lenoir City Man Accused Of Driving A Vehicle In Washington County Tennessee While Intoxicated And Firing A Gun In The Air Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court. 29 Year Old Rodrigo Martinez Is Charged With Possession Of A Handgun While Under The Influence, Reckless Endangerment And Dui. Deputies Patrolling Near The Gray Community Center Heard Gunshots And Observed A Truck Traveling In The Area. A Traffic Stop Was Made And Martinez Was Arrested. Several Additional Firearms Were Located In The Bed Of The Vehicle.
