The Hawkins County Board Of Education Has Voted To Merge Two Schools This Upcoming School Year, But In Name And Administration Only. Church Hill Intermediate And Middle Schools Will Still Remain In Separate Facilities, But Will Run Under One Name And One Administration. The Current Middle School Principal Will Be Taking A Counselor Position While The Principal Of The Intermediate School Will Now Oversee Both Schools. The Change Is Expected To Help Streamline Communication And Save Money.
