A North Carolina Man Is Facing Charges In Wise County Virginia Following A High-Speed Chase That Ended With The Suspect Vehicle Crashing Head-On Into Another Car And Killing The Passenger In The Other Vehicle. It Started Last Week In Harlan Kentucky And Ended On U.S. Route 23 In Wise County. Dimitri Green Is Charged With Felony Homicide And Felony Eluding. Charges Are Pending In Kentucky As Well. Green Remains In The Duffield Regional Jail Awaiting A Court Date.
