Virginia State Police Have Released The Names Of Those Involved In A Fatal Crash In Washington County Virginia Earlier This Week. 51 Year Old Robert Nipper Of Saltville Was Driving On Interstate 81 At Mile Marker 25, When A Kia Forte, Driven By 19 Year Old Taylor Steele Had Stopped Because Of A Truck That Had Overturned In The Median. Nipper’s Minivan Struck The Back Of Steele’s Car, Pushing It Into A Camry And Buick Encore. Nipper Died At The Scene. Steele Suffered Serious Injuries. The Drivers Of The Camry And Encore Were Not Injured. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
