The Kingsport Board Of Education Has Approved A 5% Raise For All Employees. That Replaces The 1% The Group Had Approved In The Original Budget Plan. The Fund Increase Will Come Out Of The Unreserved Fund Balance. The Board Of Mayor And Alderman Has To Approve The Raise Before It Can Go Into Effect.
