Church Hill Police Are Searching For A Suspect, Following A Fatal Shooting. Officers Found 43-Year-Old Joseph William Pennington Dead Inside A Home On Highland Avenue Wednesday Evening. Authorities Have Identified 24-Year-Old Hunter Groves As The Suspect And Have Obtained Arrest Warrants Charging Him With Second-Degree Murder And Weapons Charges. Groves Was Last Seen Driving A Red Ford F-150 With Virginia Plates. Police Consider Him Armed And Dangerous. Anyone With Information Should Contact Church Hill Police.
