Cloyd Had Been Missing Since The September Flooding. His Remains Were Discovered While Clearing Storm Debris Along The Nolichucky River. Sheriff Sexton Noted That Nancy Tucker, The Other Person Still Missing From The Hurricane, Has Not Yet Been Found. The Cloyd Family Expressed Gratitude To First Responders And The Community For Their Support Throughout The Search.
