East Tennessee State University Has Appointed David Blackburn To The Newly Created Position Of General Manager Of Revenue Sports For Football And Men’s And Women’s Basketball. Blackburn Will Oversee Name, Image, And Likeness Agreements, Revenue-Sharing Negotiations, And Assist Coaches With Roster Management, Scheduling, And Strategic Guidance. Athletic Director Richard Sander Says The Position Will Allow Coaches To Focus More On Athletic Performance.
