Former NASCAR Team Owner Larry McClure Has Died At Johnston Memorial Hospital In Abingdon. He Co-Owned Morgan McClure Motorsports From 1983 To 2012 And Field Cars For Legends Like Ernie Irvan, Mark Martin, And Sterling Marlin. The Team Won 14 Cup Series Races, Including Three Daytona 500s And A Bristol Night Race In 1991. McClure Also Owned Several Car Dealerships In Southwest Virginia. He Was The Uncle Of Late NASCAR Driver Eric McClure, Who Died In 2021. Larry McClure Passed Away Wednesday Morning.
