The Median Sales Price Hit An All-Time High Of 295,000 Dollars For The Fifth Consecutive Month Of Increases. Buyers Showed Increased Activity In The 300-Thousand To 400-Thousand Dollar Price Range With Sales Up Nearly 60 Percent. The Report Also Found 129 Homes Sold Above Their Listing Price And Sellers Made Fewer Price Reductions. Overall Sales Remain Five Percent Below Pre-Pandemic Levels.
