Demolition Is Underway In Elizabethton On A New 40 Million Dollar Education Hub At The Former Watauga Industrial Park On The Stoney Creek Highway. A Regional Post-Secondary Education Hub By The Tennessee Board Of Regents Is Planned To Be Built On The Site. The Project Will House Classrooms And Offices For The Elizabethton Campus Of Northeast State Community College And Tennessee College Of Applied Technology. Demolition Work Started This Week With About A Third Of The Building Already Knocked Down.
