Dayton Paul Souder Of The Johnson City Fire Department Pleaded Guilty Last Month In The Death Of Vicky Yelton Hughes. The Accident Occurred In January Last Year Near The Intersection Of U.S. Highway 19e And Clay Little Valley Forge Community. The 84-Year-Old Souder Was Sentenced To One Year Of Supervised Probation And Fined $100. The 58-Year-Old Hughes Died From Injuries Sustained In The Crash.
