A Two Vehicle Crash In Washington County Tennessee Has Claimed The Life Of One Person. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, A Vehicle Turned Into The Path Of An Oncoming Pickup Truck At The Intersection Of Horace Dillow Road And Nofattie Road. The Driver Of The Car, 40 Year Old Melissa A. Hayes, Was Airlifted To Johnson City Medical Center Where She Later Died From Her Injuries. The Driver Of The Pick-Up Truck, 53 Year Old Roger Lane Jennings Of Limestone, Was Not At Fault, But Fled The Scene Of The Crash On Foot. He Has Since Given Police A Statement. Police Believe Jennings Fled Because He Had Been Driving On A Revoked License. Troopers Said Charges Are Pending. The Investigation Into The Crash Is Still Continuing.
