Carter County’s New 911 Dispatch Center Is Up And Running. The New Building In Elizabethton Has More Room And More Dispatch Consoles. The New Phone System Will Allow Calls To Be Transferred All Over The State. It Will Also Eventually Be Upgraded To Allow 911 Text Messages And Pictures From People Who Need Help.
