In District Three, Incumbent State Representative Timothy Hill, A Blountville Republican And Brother Of State Representative Matthew Hill, Is Opposed By Former Mountain City Mayor Kevin Parsons. In District Six, Incumbent Republican State Representative James “Micah” Van Huss Of Jonesboro Is Being Challenged By Johnson City Vice Mayor Clayton Stout.
