Palin And Webb Owned Bristol Laboratories, While Curtiss Was A Physician Of Record At Mountain Empire Medical Care. During The Scheme, The Three Suspects Caused Fraudulent Billing In The Amount Of Over 12-Million Dollars. If Convicted, Each Defendant Faces Up To 25 Years In Prison And Fines Up To 750-Thousand Dollars.
