Engineers In Johnson City Are Considering The Construction Of A Multi-Use Trail As The Last Phase Of Johnson City’s Lower Brush Creek Interceptor Replacement Project. The Trail Would Connect The City’s Core To Points East, Including St. John’s Mill, The Watauga River, The Town Of Watauga And Potentially Winged Deer Park. It’s Expected To Cost 19-Million Dollars To Replace The Existing Interceptor Line Originally Installed In The 1950s. The Cost Of The Trail Is Still Being Determined.
