A Federal Judge In U.S. District Court In Abingdon Virginia Has Sentenced Three People In A 2012 Southwest Virginia Crime Spree That Began In Virginia And Ended With A Murder In North Carolina. Joshua Berry, Sarah Berry And Emmanuel Foster Pled To Armed Robbery And Various Firearm Charges. The Crimes Occurred In Bland, Wythe And Washington Counties Involving Multiple Robberies. A Judge Sentenced Sarah Berry To 34 Years, Her Husband, Joshua Received 61 Years And Foster Received 62 Years. Charges Are Still Pending In Surry County North Carolina From An Armed Robbery Allegedly Involving The Trio That Led To Murder.
