Kingsport Has Broken Ground On The Gold Star Families Memorial. It Will Be A New Way To Honor The Families Who Have Lost Someone Who Was Serving Our Country. The Memorial Will Be Erected At The Same Location Of The Kingsport War Memorial. The Total Cost Of The Project Is 50-Thousand Dollars. Donations Are Still Needed.
