Wise County Sheriff Ronnie Oakes Said 24 Year Old Jacob Rowland Is Charged With Acting As An Accessory In The Murder Of Janina Jefferson, Who Was Found Dead At The Town Water Plant In November. He’s Also Charged With Trespassing, And Conspiracy To Intimidate Jefferson Or Impede Her Testimony Against Her Ex-Husband, Eric Monroe Jones Who Is Currently A Fugitive And Wanted By Deputies. Police Believe Rowland Drove Jones To The Scene Of The Murder.
