Former Kingsport Mayor Jeanette Blazier Has Joined The Carson-Newman University Board Of Trustees. She’s One Of Three New Members Who Began Their Service The First Of This Month. Blazier Was The Mayor Of Kingsport From 1999 To 2005 And Is Also A 1957 Carson-Newman Alumna.
