Kingsport Police Are Searching For A Man Accused Of Using A Stolen Debit Card. The Card, Which Belonged To An Elderly Woman, Was Used To Make Over 8-Hundred Dollars In Fraudulent Purchases. It Was Last Used At The Fasmart On Lynn Garden Drive. The Suspect Is A White Male, Balding On Top And Was Last Seen Wearing A Red Shirt And Dark Colored Pants.
